New Customers or repeat offenders may be asked to leave a $50 deposit.

Should you need to cancel, as long as it is within 24 hours before your appointment, the deposit will be refunded or if you'd like we can credit towards a future grooming appointment. We always text the day before to confirm.

Should you no show or cancel last minute, the deposit will not be refunded OR credited toward future appointments.

We may refuse future services or require your next appointment to be paid in full in order to book your next appointment.

Once on our schedule, Salty Dog requires pets to be on a maintained grooming schedule of 1-12 weeks.
